Grid Layout problem in VS2008 TabContainer

i am using ultrawebgrid inside tabcontainer and when i run application its layout overflows....how to solve this problem???

    actually i am using following properties to hide column..columns get hide but takes white space inside grid.....

     

    UltraWebGrid1.Bands[0].Columns[3].HeaderStyle.CustomRules = "display:none";

    UltraWebGrid1.Bands[0].Columns[3].CellStyle.CustomRules = "display:none";
