Allignment of the controls(EditorControl ) in the grid is changing when page direction is changed from right to left

Dear all

When I am changing the page direction from right to left, the alignment of the EditorControl like textbox etc that is place in the grid is changing and the grid paging is also getting wrong Is there any solution to solve the above?
