do you have a lightweight version of webgrid with less functionallity?

the main problem is when a page has one or more grids, i.e, product searchs and shopping basket, the total page size increases up to 1.5MB.
we have incorporated a progress bar for reporting to the user about page load status but, in slower connections it takes a lot of time.
