Checkbox in Ultragrid

Hi,

I want to use checkbox in the ultragrid. There should be checkbox column which contain checkbox in the header and in the cell too.

So when I check the header checkbox it checks all the cell checkboxes and vice-versa.

Please let me know how to achieve this functionality.
