Style loose with AsyncMode

UltraWebTab1.AsyncMode = Infragistics.WebUI.UltraWebTab.AsyncMode.On

I have a webTab with 3 tabs, each tab have a UserControlUrl

My problem is on my tab1, my usercontrol have a ultraWebGrid when switch to another tab my grid loose all setting style i was doing.

Is there any reason?

    I just see its the same for my UltraWebTab1. All setting style i have change its lost when i change the selected tab on UltraWebTab1.

     For information : I use Nautilus style on my web project.
