Thanks for the response.  Am I correct to assume that the WebGrid and the UltraWebGrid are the same thing?  I have been using UltraWebGrid for several years now, and have tons of projects that I do not the time or resources to convert to another control.  Or am I wrong to assume that the conversion to the Aikido is not a major undertaking?

As for the specific functionality that I am using from the UltraWebGrid are:

• Various client side events, specificly (but not always limited to) :  MouseOverHandler, MouseOutHandler, BeforeCellUpdateHandler, AfterSelectChangeHandler, BeforeEnterEditModeHandler, BeforeRowDeactivateHandler, BeforeRowDeletedHandler, BeforeSortColumnHandler
• LoadOnDemand using the XML and ajax styled loading
• Various CssClass settings for the EditCellStyle, HeaderStyle, RowStyle, RowAlternateStyle, SelectedRowStyle, etc
• Various events for the Grid Object (InitializeDataSource, UpdateCell, etc)
• Programmaticly hiding, moving, and settings of columns; including allowing columns to be set to be editable
• Programmaticly setting the datasource for the grid (specifically to a DataTable)
  
• Allowing for controls to override the input for cells (think dropdownlists, value lists, webcombo, webdatechooser, etc)

I am sure there are other items that I am missing, but that it my first pass.
