Unable to populate drop down in Ultrawebgrid

Hi

Iam not able to populate the data in the drop down in Ultrawebgrid. The reason i found out was that  one of the records in the dataset has a line break in it. I tried to replace the line break in vb code behind (Replace() function) but unable to replace the lie break. Is there any way to populate dropdown in the cell.
