Would you specify the exact behavior you are trying to achieve.

For the data rows you can choose to allow editing on a singe cell or on a the whole row. Which one do you want to have for the AddNewRow cells?

Any other details concerning the desired behavior will be helpful!

Thanks for the solution. But in your attached sample, you have made cells enable/disable and which is not behaving like the exiting rows edit behavior.

The cells get into Edit mode and on tab(or next cell click) previous cell exit the edit mode and currenct cell is in edit mode.
