When designing UI in work view at 100% zoom (which I assume is actual or true size) the UI elements are exactly the size/scale I want them. When published or previewed in run view the UI appears smaller and not at the same scale as in work view. This is not the expected behavior. I would expect that the size/scale I see in work view would be the same in run view or when published. Why does this happen? How do I make sure the preview and/or publish/final UI is at the same size/scale as what it is in work view at 100% zoom. My thinking was that the zoom operates much like the zoom in Photoshop where 100% zoom is actual size. Maybe this is not the case? Any ideas or help on this would be greatly appreciated.

That is weird. I tried it on a Win 7 (virtual machine) and it seems to be rendering correctly. It may be Win 8 issue. Thanks for reporting, Sean. We will look into this. In the meantime can you include some support info from Indigo studio? It's located under HELP & ABOUT. Click on the copy icon and paste it here in this thread.
Yes, this was my question. In your examples it does appear that everything is exactly the same size and scale and working correctly. However mine does not do this. I have included a screenshot of a quick sample. As you will see, my run view on the right is smaller in scale/resolution then the actual design view on the left. Its almost as if it is being scaled down or the resolution is changed. Its not as noticeable using a mobile screen as the screen surface is smaller anyway, but when using the browser or generic viewport options it is very noticeable and does not give a good representation of what you have designed.
Note: I am using windows 8 if this helps.
Thanks for posting, Sean.
I tried comparing the designer view at 100% and the preview/run view. Seems like everything is sized correctly. I added some lines to compare the positioning and sizes. The designer view in my example is set at 100% zoom (on the left).
Was this your question?
