Nothing happens after splash screen

when i try to lunch indigo studio it shows me the splash screen and that it's loading ... then the splash disappear and nothing happen after...  even i checked my task manager and found that indigo studio (32) running in the background .. known that i am using windows 10 enterprise 64. i would really appreciate your help as i am using indigo studio for more than 4 years now and never did that before.

    We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with Indigo Studio.

    We will need more information to check what's going on.
    Do you think you could send us the files in the Documents\Indigo Studio\logs folder? They include important information that will help us diagnose the problem.

    Please create a zip with the log files and send them to our support email: indigo@infragistics.com. We can post the answer back here once we have the solution.
