Today I received an update notification for Indigo 2016 Vol. 2 (Update 2). After clicking the Download button and the Relaunch button I get the following error message:
[img]i.imgur.com/.../img]"Indigo update couldn't be installed"
Then Indigo Studio will restart itself, and the update message to download the update is shown again. I can see that in the update folder there are 2 files:
Indigo Studio.tgzInfragistics.Prototypes.Updater.dll
How can I update Indigo Studio on my OSX El Capitan (10.11.6)?
Hi Diego,
Thank you for your reply. I've managed to install the update with your solution. I've also send the log files, hope you can indicate what went wrong.
Best regards,
Jordy
Hi Jordy,
Sorry to hear this. The fastest way to fix this and get the latest version is to download it from here: https://es.infragistics.com/products/indigo-design-desktop/download
If you send Indigo log files to indigo [at] infragistics.com we will try to identify what the problem was. Logs files are under this folder: Documents/Indigo Studio/logs
Thanks.
