Installer cannot detect Silverlight

While I tried to install Design Studio, it shows that Silverlight and .Net 4.0 is not installed. I have installed silverlight 5 (64 bit) and Visual studio 2010 and 2012 are already installed with .Net Framework 4.0 and 4.5 on my Windows 10 Pro Laptop.

I am puzzled. What to do.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Could you please try the following?

    1. Open an administrator command prompt where the installer file is. 
    2. Run this command: msiexec /i "IndigoStudio.msi" /lvx* log.txt

    This forces a re-install that may fix the problem. If it not, could you please send us the log.txt file to indigo [at] infragistics.com?
