Shall I use Ignite UI - JQuery controls in offline mode?

Hi Team,

Currently, I'm evaluating the IGNite UI controls. For evaluation, I'm directly accessing the cdn file directory.

If I purchase this product, Shall I use the IGNiteUI script files in offline mode?

Hi,

No, it isn't. If you host the files on your own server you should be all set up.

I would like to maintain all the source files on my own server instead of referring to any other external servers. Because the hosted application should render the chart in offline mode.

Is it mandatory to connect infragistics services every time to render a chart?

Hi,

When you purchase a license you can still choose whether to refer resources from your local machine or from the cdn. It really does not make any difference except the reliability of the server where the files are hosted, but this is something to worry about when your app goes into production.
