I'm using igdatachart and it output different result in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox:

But the same, run on Google Chrome (35.0.1916.114 - latest version):
You may see the area that i note in red. The grid lines cross over the chart. However, not all of chart are crossed over, some are crossed, some other are not.
The display of the above image doesn't look good so please download the image to see it clearer.
It takes me time to investigate and search but i still have no idea, Please help me to investigate it.

I just want to update you that the service release that fix this issue is ready and you can download it form the My keys and download section under the Service release Tab.

I tried your last sample and after experimenting with it I decided to log this behavior in our internal tracking system with ID: 173444.
I've opened a private case for you with number: CAS-138483-K8Q9W0 and have linked the development issue to it so that you'll be notified once the issue has been resolved.
You can find the case by going to your account on our web site and then to the "Support activity" tab.
You can view the status of the development issue connected to that case by selecting the "Development Issues" tab when viewing this case.

First of all, thank you for your quick answer :) I have investigate and have a look on your example. Comparing with my problem, i think my problem just come out if the stack in chart has many items. In your example, you just have 5 items (countries) in stack. I have edited your example by adding more data (up to 9 countries) and my described issue occurred. Please have a look at my attached file.

I created a sample using your code, however I was unable to reproduce the behavior that you're seeing.
The Chrome version on my machine is also up to date, the same as yours. I'm attaching the sample that I've used to test this, for your reference.
