Ignite UI 2013.1.2323 hierarchical grid groupping disappeared

Ignite UI version of 2013.1.2323 have the following bug in hierarchical grid

having ui.igGridPaging feature along with ui.igGridGroupBy feature if drag column to group by area and then change results per page in drop down groupping columns disappear. (you can see http://jsfiddle.net/cCcR2/ for example). This issue is fixed in latest version, but we cannot use it in our application. What can be a workaround for this?

     Thank you for posting in our community.

     My suggestion is to update to the latest version, the new version will give you a lot more fixes and improvements. Also could you please explain me what is the reason not to update to the latest version, if you have any difficulties regarding this, please do not hesitate to ask me.
