Best way to integrate Bootstrap

Hello.

Using 13.2, VS 2013, what's the best way to utilize both Bootstrap and Ignite UI? Should I create a new IG web app then add Bootstrap, or vice-versa? Also, is there an IG tutorial on integrating Bootstrap with IG controls (Ignite UI, Webforms even)?

Same question for an MVC project.
