How to add the Cluster Marker in Infragistics Map

I want to add the Cluster Marker in map. Example: Need to show the Marker with Numbers(5).  Number 5 means , 5 persons are close to each other. Once zoom in the particular place, then it will show single marker with tooltip.

Please anyone guide me do to fix the problem in Map.
