Hello I have the IgniteUI(TM) 2013 Volume 1 downloaded and want to add an image in the first column of the grid.
I saw one way (previous to this version?) using rowTemplate. When I try that data no longer loads in my grid. Is there a newer way in this version of the controls?
Can someone help me?
Hi David,
If you are trying to use the Netflix oData service you should know that it is no longer available and that's why you are receiving no data. The way to put an image in a column of the grid is exactly the same as in previous versions. If you are binding the grid to some JSON that you have provided and you're having issues with it then I will be happy to look at a sample that reproduces the issue and assist you further.

I figured it out. Used the template property of the Column settings. However I did notice the first time I load the page the image has ... in the column and if I refresh the page, it then shows the image. Is there something I didn't do correctly?
Here is my template.

where IndTemplate is
