Column Moving does not work with combined infragistics.js as source

Hi all,

I am running 12.2 of ignite UI.  I was using the combined infragistics.js file and started playing with the grid.  However, as soon as I turned on column moving, the grid die not initialize.  If I reference column moving JS file directly, then it works.  Could someone confirm this is a problem?  And an anticipated fix?  

I have attached a file demonstrating this.
