Is Editing Client Validation available on the second band of a Hierarchical Grid?

    Yes, it's available.
    The trick is that each grid that participates in an igHierarchicalGrid has its own set of features, thus Updating and its validation can be done on any of those grids, no matter if they're a root or a child one.
