I installed the trial version of Ignite UI for Javascript, including the Visual Studio extension. I also included the NuGet packages to solution: IgniteUI, jQuery, and jQuery.UI.Combined. Can someone explain why the IgniteUI controls are not in the toolbox?

The Ignite UI controls are not added to the toolbox. In order to host Ignite UI in your project and use the controls, please refer to following documentation topic:https://www.igniteui.com/help/getting-started#hosting
The samples with all the Ignite UI controls are available at https://www.igniteui.com/grid/overview
