I apologize, but I cannot tell what is actually happening in the video that you have provided. Are you resizing the browser to get the chart to resize, or perhaps doing something else? I can see the markers appearing and disappearing, but there is no way I could know why this is happening from the video.

In general, the chart will hide its markers if they would collide, but this does not appear that they would. Would it be possible for you to please provide an isolated sample that demonstrates this behavior so I may investigate further to explain this in more detail?
