How to apply css for thin scrollbar on content dock manager?

On which part of the Dock manager can you (cross browser compatible) indicate that the scrollbar should be thin?

igc-dockmanager::part(content-pane) doesn't work unfortunately.

Can you also give an example of the css how this is cross-browser compatible with, for example, webkit?
It is an angular application.
