Questions Regarding Pricing and Licensing for WPF Controls

Hello,

I have some additional questions regarding Pricing and Licensing for the WPF Controls:

1) What is the renewal cost?

2) Do you offer muli-license discounts?  If so, what are they?

3) Is a separate license needed for a build server, if there is no development being performed on it?
