Hello,

There was a development issue that related to the platform installer that occured when selecting to import the latest service release build. That issue has since been corrected. When you have an opportunity, try the installation once again. If this problem persists, please let me know.

If the issue does persist, to get around it, 'uncheck' the "Install with latest update available" when installaing. This will allow you to get the installation in. Then as a next step, install the latest service release as a separate installation. When looking at your log files I can see that the installer was failing to install the service release for IGNITE (or jQuery).

Please let me know if you need any additional assistance regarding this matter.

I'm having exactly the same problem.  Its saying that there is an update for Ignite UI but fails with the download.
