My NetAdvantage_20122_Platform downloader says that there are updates.
When trying to update the following error has been popping up for the last couple of days
Ignite UI Update: An error occured during download, please check internet connection and retry again.
Hello,
There was a development issue that related to the platform installer that occured when selecting to import the latest service release build. That issue has since been corrected. When you have an opportunity, try the installation once again. If this problem persists, please let me know.If the issue does persist, to get around it, 'uncheck' the "Install with latest update available" when installaing. This will allow you to get the installation in. Then as a next step, install the latest service release as a separate installation. When looking at your log files I can see that the installer was failing to install the service release for IGNITE (or jQuery). Please let me know if you need any additional assistance regarding this matter.
I am also getting this error. Has the issue been resolved?
I'm having exactly the same problem. Its saying that there is an update for Ignite UI but fails with the download.
Hi Kristopher,
I have created a private support case for you for this issue. On the private case I would like for you to send me your complete log file from the installer.
Thanks!
I am also getting this same error with the installer:
