Is there a way I can receive an email notification for new service releases ?

While you can't get an email, you could subscribe to the rss feed for blogs tagged "release notes":

http://es.infragistics.com/community/search/Searchrss.aspx?a=1&o=DateDescending&tag=Release+Notes&orTags=0

Thank you for asking this question. Currently there is no such option, but I have logged as improvement in to our system and we will consider to implement this in our web site in future.
