I have the same problem here. I'm not able to download the full package. The download starts but is < 10K/sec. It worked perfectly a couple of month ago to download 12.1, but now it's impossible. No problems with other sites so far. It's just the Infragistics download. Any idea?

In order to investigate why the download is not working for you. Please run a trace route on your machine and provide me the output.
To do a trace route perform the following steps:
1) Open a command window (Under programs select Run and enter cmd to open a command window)
2) In the command window type the following:
tracert dl.infragistics.com
