We are using Infragistics 2005 Vol 2 and recently we purchased Infragistics 2011 Vol 1. While migration from Infragistics 2005 to Infragistics 2011 using VersionUtility tool it throws error.
I have the following Queries
1. To whom i need to contact for developer support ?
2. how do we confirm that we have developer support ?
3. Is Developer support(technical) we need to purchase seperately ?

Please use the Contact Us page on our website to contact developer support. You can use either the web form ("Ask for Help") or the phone number given for developer support.
Standard support comes with an annual subscription (ex. purchasing 2011.1). It does not need to be purchased separately.
