Following are configurations that we are using in our .net application
* .Net Framework 2.0
* Visual Studio 2005
* Net advantage for .NET 2007 vol 3 clr 2.0
We are now in a process of upgrading the client desktops from Windows XP (IE6)
to Windows 7 and IE8. However the .net server will remain as it is.
I have gone thorugh the infragistics website (http://es.infragistics.com/support/product-lifecycle.aspx#SupportedEnvironments)
and it appears that Net advantage for .NET 2007 vol 3 clr 2.0 is not supported for IE and Windows 7.
We might have to upgrade our Netadvantage component to a higer version ( Netadvantage for 2009 Volume2 and later ).
Please can you suggest the latest Netadvantage for NET version
that could be used for our application.

Hello Sushil,
There are no namespace changes associated with these components. The only ones that changed since 7.3 were the Excel, Documents, Reports, and WebResizingExtender namespaces.

I looked through them for your components, and there were some changes to WebTab in 10.1.
Also note that these controls are not added automatically to the toolbox in Visual Studio. Recently, only the "ASP.NET AJAX" controls (newer controls) are added to the toolbox. You can still access these controls by using the "Choose Items" dialog. Information on that is at the top of the linked article.

Additionally we are using the following components. Please can you suggest if there is any namespace changes related to these components when we upgrade the infragistics to higher versions when accessing these componenents. Also it would be great if you could provide us the documents enlisiting the changes from NetAdvantage for .net 2007 Vol3 clr 2.0 and its subsequent releases till the current version 2011.1
This will help us anlayse the amount of code changes we will need to inculcate in our aplication.

You are correct. NetAdvantage 2007.3 is not supported for Windows 7 or IE8. Any of the versions from 2009.2 to the current version, 2011.1, would be supported for your new environment. I would recommend version 2011.1 so you get a full year of new and service releases.
