    Hello harishy,

    It seems to me that you have only ASP.NET controls installed in the GAC currently on your machine. I can tell this because of the following statement :

    Infragistics35.WebUI.Excel.v10.3.

     Where WebUI is referencing to the ASP.NET controls.

    So you could verify if you have WindowsForms installed on your machine and than try running the Version Utility once again. If you are installing the WindowsForms controls on a specific location you would be able to point it in your Version Utility when you run the software from "Upgrade Options" specifying "Control Assemblies Path".
