Hi!

I have a subscription to IG since september last year, and since then i've downloaded and used the WinClient 2010 vol 2 and 3.

I've got an email from IG when the Win Client 2011 vol 1 was launched, and went on the website to download this new release. 

In My Keys and Downloads menu, the NetAdvantage for Win Client 2011 Vol. 1 is available, but after i download it and try to install it, it demands for a licence key. I've tried with the on specified in the order (nr. 78664-249561255-12500) but it doesn't work.

Why can't I upgrade my IG libraries ?
