that's all I need - if it's here, Thanks
Thanks Elizabeth, that is exactly what I did, and fixed the trial-message issue, after I called in this morning due to what I'm finding is typical turnaround time for these forum posts..
Thanks again
Hello seanham011,
To upgrade from trial to licensed, simply re-run the installer. It should give you an option to enter the product key. That will replace the trial assemblies in the installation folder and the GAC with the licensed assemblies.
If you have already done this and are still receiving a trial message in your project, please let me know so I can pass this post on to developer support.

Seriously?!? something this basic has stumped every great mind in tech support?? Wow, industrial pioneers..
Just so we're all on the same page, I've tried to run the 'NetAdvantage 2010.3 Version Utility tool (did run it successfully) but when I re-opened the project in VS2010, I still get the message, "This trial version of NetAdvantage for ASP.NET will expire after *17* usage day(s) or 9 calendar week(s), whichever comes first."
Am I going to have to uninstall/reinstall, or would simply running the installation and this time inserting the key, work to update the installation license?
If it's possible to simply open the license.licx file and update there, how and with what 'key' info do I use?
THanks!
