What Doctype line has to be used with Infragistics tools.

 Whenever I use the standard ASP.Net Doctype: 
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
I have all kinds of problems with the IG tools.  Grids don't scroll correctly (espeically in Firefox), items inside WARP's don't render correctly, information inside of panels goes outside the width of the panel, etc.

 When I change the DocType to
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
everything works fine.  This is not, however the DocType that I need to use as this causes some of my styles to not work correctly.

I though that IG was supposed to be fully compatible with XHTML but it appears as though it is not.  BTW, I am using Version 2007.1
