Compatibility and Licensing

We have a software development team that has a single-seat license for Infragistics NetAdvantage 2007 CLR 2.0.

On our build farm, we currently have the following Infragistics items installed:

» Infragistics NetAdvantage 2005 Vol. 3 for CLR 1.0

» Infragistics NetAdvantage ASP.NET 2009.2

» Infragistics NetAdvantage for Windows Forms 2008 Vol. 2 CLR 2.0

From that list, I presume that the installed item of note is "Windows Forms 2008 Vol. 2 CLR 2.0"

I have two questions:

1- Is there a licensing issue with us using our build farm to compile their application and deploy it to their machine?

2- Since our version is newer, are there any backwards compatibility issues?
