Definitely not the way Infragistics did.
First I called 1-800 number and it went to one gentleman. He will not allow me to complete the question unless I give my CD number. OK Agreed that is his process.
Then I contacted Infragistics Web Live Chat...and this is the conversation. How could I recommend a product if nobody from Infragistics is ready to hear me? How come a company with whom I interacted since 2003 (I recommended JSuite to another client 5 years back) become so customer unfriendly? Nobody is hearing me

Hi Vamsi,
Sorry about that chat issue, it sounds like something was lost in the conversation for a good hand off. With regards to the Scheduling components for JSF which are similar to the ASP.NET WebSchedule controls you pointed to, we do not have this on the 2008 roadmap. I would like to understand better what you need in scheduling controls for JSF. Do you need Day/Week/Month views or just basic Month views? What would you be after? If you have the time and could to email me directly at jasonb@infragistics.com or respond to this thread I would appreciate it.
Thanks
Jason
