Guys serious issues with IE7 on Vista machines when you try to download anything from your web site. No Save as options for file or anything.. something chugs in background, but no options etc.
Any weird low security settings i have to put in Browser? I gave up on trying to log a support ticket.. way too complicated....

You shouldn't need to do anything special to download in IE7 on Vista. IE's popup blocker will, of course, block the auto-download, but you can just click the Download link at the top. See attached image. Also note that it is Internet security zone, so no unusual perms are needed.
