I am a free-lance programmer in Japan.

I evaluated early release and supported abundant,
and bought the license of NetAdvantage for .NET that was not a Japanese version for my work.

Though I acquired the account to register the license key,
choices other than Europe and North America had not been installed in the selection item of Support Region.

How should I register?
Or, should the Japanese be satisfied only with delayed release?
