I cannot understand why I have now waited 4 days for Infragistics to update my license from Net Advantage Select to the full product Net Advantage. I purchased an early bird renewal of the Select subscription along with the upgrade. Infragistics updated the Select subscription, but nothing else. I sent several emails to ComponentSource who I purchased this through. They assure me that the problem is on Infragistics end and it would be fixed right away. Well, they didn't, and it isn't!!!
update - I posted the above last night - this morning the problem was resolved first thing!
I do hate to whine, or more accurately, to be put in a position where whining is the next best option. In any case I want to acknowledge Infragistics for their prompt action once I got their attention. The real test will something only they will witness - whether or not they resolve the defect in their order fulfillment process that caused the anomoly in the first place. (Thanks to Jason and Marie who were two responders to this.)

I am sorry you have been waiting so long for this. I am not sure why ComponentSource cannot get you the CD-Key for the software that you purchased I sent your profile to our Channel Manager and we'll get you the correct key in the morning and check in to the issue around ComponentSource not being able to fulfill orders.
