Couldn't find a way to report web site problems. Someone should request this from the web site people as this should always be in the contacts page.
The knowledge base search results cannot be navigated. If you click on page 2 or above you simply get page 1 again. You cannot see additional articles when your search results in more than 1 page. To see this simply do a keyword search with no keywords. Returns 1800 plus articles, but you cannot go to page 2 (or above).
