We bought a license for Infragistics Android 2016 Vol.1 w/Standard Support two weeks ago but we can't download the product. The receipt shows up under online orders. No one is responding to emails. Clicking the download link in the receipt fails as does the register link. Can someone please help us with this ? Thanks.
