VS 2017 is installed and also Infragistics 16.2. The upgrade extension does not show on the tool menu or the context menu of the solution.
Did something not install correctly?
What can I do to get that?
The stand alone version utility does work, just not as convenient.
In my case I need to check it out of our source control (TFS) before it will work.

2016 Volume 2 was released before Visual Studio 2017 and as such we didn't provide an extension for Visual Studio 2017 with 2016 Volume 2. For 2016 Volume 2 your best option is to either use Visual Studio 2015 to do the upgrade or manually upgrade your projects.
