my vc 2010 had a problema and i need uninstall and install again. (reinstall not working).I need know how to unistall infragistics Web tools version 15.2 preserving trial period.

What kind of issue you are experiencing in VisualStudio 2010?If you were able to reinstall the VS2010 successfully, then our product should work normal in this version of VisualStudio.
However, if you want to uninstall our 15.2 product, then you can use our PlatformInstaller or Add/Remove programs. Related to the Trial period, it based on a machine installation. So you cannot "restart" the trial period, by uninstalling and installing our product.

My problem with visual studio is the update to windows 8.1. but isn't IG problema this is windows problem.
I already using IG 15.2 and missing some day to end the trial when the problem occured.
I don't want "restart" de trial.I want know if I can use this some days to end trial after reinstall IG 15.2

A trial NOT expired! I Unistall IG before the trial period ended.
I Would get back the 5 days (I haven't certain) to end the trial period.
My trial will finish in Dec.19.2015. Can I use this last 5 days?
And also the IG 15.2 install had an error when ASP.NET module downloading:"An error ocurred during download, please check internet connection and try again."I checked the internet and this is ok!The ASP.NET is the 4th item of list of download and all others were done before this error.
yesterday this error ocurred for all items in download list.

Can you please attach the log files from the PlatformInstaller. There are located at the LogFiles folder, next to the Infragistics_DevTools_20152.exe. Please attach them here, so we can make a further investigation why you cannot download the ASP.NET product.

Thanks for providing the log files. It seems that you have some network issues or restrictions. From the log, it seems that something interrupted your internet connection, at some point, so the rest of the products were not able to download completely. What can I suggest you, is to check your internet connection setting and make sure it’s stable. Another thing is to check your firewall(or any spyware software) settings – verify that it doesn’t prevent you from accessing the products from our website 'download.infragistics.com'.
