What’s New in the Latest Version of SharePlus for Android

The latest release of SharePlus for Android comes with two new features, Favorites and Search Offline, which greatly enhance your experience with SharePlus and let you access your documents quickly and with no connectivity, bringing your productivity to new heights.

Setting up your Favorites is quick and easy

By setting documents or entire folders as Favorites, you gain quick access to your content in an organized list by category. This means that you will not need to waste time browsing through your site’s folders; simply access your most important documents or folders in just one tap.

With the latest release of SharePlus for Android, you will only need a couple of taps to get where you need:

You can add as many Favorites as you require; once you open the Sidebar and tap on the Favorites module, you will see a list with the items you modified ordered by type:

Search your documents offline and access your data away from your network

With the new version of SharePlus, you will be able to search server content offline and retrieve results from all cached portals at the same time. You need to have offline support turned on for any documents or folders you wish to access, which is why we highly recommend you have your data synchronized at all times.

You will have a tab specific for the offline search named “On this device” and will be able to search your content on all cached Portals. As with the online search, the more relevant results from all portals are presented on the first screen; you will be able to drill down to see all results for a specific portal.
