Found the problem. Was a combination of the two. Installed the Data Widgets and then re-registered the VB6 Controls. That last should not have been necessary with the VB install being fresh (and a complete install), but it was anyways. Thank you, Microsoft.

In any case, I seem to be in good shape now.

So why was this application, when it's working files were migrated to my system, demanding that I reintall Sheridan Software (now Infragistics)'s Data Widgets 3.11? So that I could access controls that were installed with Visual Basic???

I've found two different objects that I'm getting this error from, both appear to be Sheridan Software Data Widgets. One is the THREED OLE Custom Control and the other says it's a Sheridan 3D control.
