How to dock MdiChild in the UltraTabbedMdiManager to the UltraDockManager

I am using both UltraDockManager and UtlraTabbedMdiManager on the main form which is MdiParent.

Is it possible mdi child tabs to dock to the DockManager?

Also, I wonder if each mdi child tab is floatable?
