We've spent the last few days migrating our existing code base from version 2006 Volume 3 to the latest and great version of the web controls (version 10.3.20103.2120). In IE 9 the grid control still does not accept any user interaction (cannot click on rows, multi-select or sort). If I turn on "compatibility mode" in the browser everything works as intended. The 2006 Volume 3 controls behave the same way regardless of the browser's compatibility mode.
Is IE 9's compatibility mode a required state for the 2010 Volume 3 controls?
It does not work if you have a full row select. Infragistics team was able to recreate the issue and had opened a support ticket for me about 15 days back and the status shows as In Development.
Hello SideByEach,
IE9 is supported for versions 10.1 and later. You shouldn't have to turn on compatibility mode. I would recommend contacting the developer support staff.
