I have set GroupBySummaryDisplayMode="Text" however the summaries are still not being displayed on the group by rows at all. Is there something else I also need to set?

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately it doesn't quite answer my question. I have attached a picture that will hopefully help demonstrate what I am trying to acheive. I would like the summaries of group bys to appear on the group by rows as in the picture at the top ("What I want:"). I am setting the setting GroupBySummaryDisplayMode="Text" (as in the bottom picture) but am still getting the middle picture ("What I have:"). Is there anything else I need to set?
I am using v10.3 and have no room to upgrade unfortunately.

I suggest you set the SummaryDisplayArea like this:
SummaryDisplayArea="TopFixed,InGroupByRecords"
