In the attached sample, we are able to dragdrop records when the record is not selected and the record gets mouse capture for the first time(i.e we click on the record for the first time), but, when we have clicked on a record  and then click on it once again to drag it we are unable to do so.

Please suggest as to what changes we need to make in the code to to be able to do so successfully.
