"UltraGrid" can also refer to the old ActiveX UltraGrid from Sheridan software. But if you are working in DotNet, then the two terms are pretty much interchangeable.

You are correct, both WinGrid and UltraGrid, refer to the same control; although UltraGrid is the official name of the control in currently maintained versions of NetAdvantage.
