How can i get larger icons to display in there full size.  If I set large appearance to use a 32x32  or 48x48 or 64x64 png the size shown on the ribbon is the same.  Is there a way to show lager sizes as by example the Paste icons in word?  Same thing cn I use 24x24 for small appearance.
